Written explanations

The Inspector General for Personal Data Protection gives written explanations to questions related to the application of the provisions on personal data protection. It is important, however, to:

• describe precisely the problem,
• include in the correspondence basic information on the sender such as: name, surname, address and contact data,
• sign the letter.
