Interview for TVN CNBC on verification of clients’ creditworthiness by banks, June 9th 2009
Collection of information on clients’ creditworthiness by banks was the principal subject of the interview given by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection to TVN CNBC Biznes on June 9th 2009.
The journalist, Mr Patrycjusz Wyżga, asked about the permissibility of obtaining by banks an increasing amount of information concerning their clients, including their possible existing debts or timeliness of repayments of previous debts.
