Superstacja TV asks about the collection of data by the Credit Information Bureau, June 10th 2009
Processing the data of bank clients by the Credit Information Bureau was the principal subject of the interview given by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, Mr Michał Serzycki, to Superstacja TV on June 10th 2009.
The journalist – Konrad Wąż – wanted to know whether the collection of detailed client data by the banks did not violate the citizens’ right to privacy.
