
During an interview given for TVN Warszawa TV station the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection explained on what legal basis housing associations can process personal data and what are most frequent irregularities found in the processing of personal data carried on by them. Michał Serzycki emphasised that frequent irregularities include the collection from persons interested in becoming members of a housing cooperative of data such as profession, information on marital status, year, date and place of birth, information on workplace and position or number of PKO building society book.
