3^rd Programme of the Polish Radio asks about sign in and out book, 29 July 2009

During an interview conducted on 29 July 2009, Małgorzata Kałużyńska–Jasak explained that institutions were entitled to record in sign in and out books the data of persons entering buildings for security reasons. “Personal data filing systems developed as a result of this procedure do not have to be notified to registration by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection”, she added. She also emphasised the need to collect only the data essential to ensure the monitoring of access to specific places and not to store them longer than necessary.
