Interview for 3rd Programme of the Polish Radio

Uploading group photographs on social networking sites was the subject of the interview given by Andrzej Lewiński, Deputy Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, to Izabela Woźniak from 3rd Programme of the Polish Radio.

During the interview held on 29 July 2009, the journalist asked how to proceed when publicising group photos on the Internet, so as not to be accused of breach of the right to privacy.
