For Radio Eska on fine recovery, 10 August 2009

The judgment by the Supreme Administrative Court can make it impossible for tax offices to collect fees from banking accounts – believes Michał Serzycki, the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.

It was the issue discussed on 10 August 2009 with the journalist of Radio Eska, Jakub Berent. The Inspector General stated that that was a typical gap in the law requiring a legislative solution.
