Telewizyjny Kurier Warszawski (Warsaw Television Courier) asks about adequate data protection, 18 August 2009

Katarzyna Jaworska representing the Warsaw Television Courier requested the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection for comment in connection with the fact that Warsaw citizen has found dumped around 100 floppy disks containing reports and documents of a certain company, including also personal data.

During interview, Michał Serzycki reminded of the obligation imposed on each data controller to adequately safeguard personal data.
