For TOK FM Radio on personal data protection in the church, 23 September 2009

The conversation between Michał Serzycki and Agata Kowalska from  TOK FM Radio was devoted to the Guidelines on „Personal Data Protection in the Activity of the Catholic Church in Poland” drawn up by GIODO and the Secretariat of the Conference of the Episcopate of Poland.

During the conversation GIODO informed about the contents of the Guidelines and explained that they constituted a set of principles developed on the basis of binding provisions, in particular the Code of Canonic Law and the Act on Personal Data Protection.
