The Open Day in the Bureau of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection will be devoted to personal data and privacy protection methods. It will be held on the ground floor of the Intraco building at 12.00-3.00 p.m. on 14 October 2009.

The following events will be organised on this occasion:

• lectures by experts,
• consultations with employees of the GIODO Bureau,
• competitions with prizes,
• press conference.

The lectures (see schedule in the annex) can be attended by all interested persons. Moreover, many useful educational and informational materials will be available. The Open Day is organised in connection with the Identity Fraud Prevention Week celebrated from 11 to 18 October 2009.
