
GIODO informed about it during the interview given to Ewa Dudzińska from the 3rd Programme of the Polish Radio. He explained that RMUA form included the information on person’s remuneration which should be regarded as personal rights subject to protection. He indicated that these data were not necessary to determine the patient’s rights to use health services. – Therefore I believe that disclosure of this information to health care institutions violates the adequacy and purposefulness principles provided for by the Act on Personal Data Protection – said Michał Serzycki, the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
