On 12 April 2016 representatives of the Bureau of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection participated in the Project Partners Meeting of a project funded by the European Commission Erasmus+ “Key Action - Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices, Action - Strategic Partnerships for Higher Education”, organised by the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection in Sofia.
During the meeting the issues concerning administration of the project, finances, reporting and documentation were discussed. Moreover, the progress of the intellectual outputs was reviewed.
The realised project is aimed at developing an innovative programme of postgraduate studies regarding personal data protection, which would meet market needs. The coordinator of the project is the University for Information Science and Technology St. Paul the Apostle, Ohrid, and the partners of the project are the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, the Directorate for Personal Data Protection (Macedonia), the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Bulgaria) and the University of Lodz. The project shall be realised within 28 months.
