Public figures enjoy a more limited scope of right to privacy than private persons – agreed the participants of a two-day conference organized yesterday by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection. Professor Marek Safjan mentioned a few decisions of the Constitutional Court, e.g. in the context of the Lustration Act.
