The Act on Personal Data Protection and the Code of Administrative Proceedings
Procedure of appeal
Depending on the case: shall not apply or according to the provisions of the Code of Administrative Proceedings
Motion can be filed in writing and forwarded to the address of the Bureau of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection or in electronic form to the address of ESP-GIODO (Electronic Inbox). Sending a motion by electronic way is possible directly after the completion of the electronic form.
Caution !!! The notification form requires to be signed with the secure electronic signature verified by qualified certificate with the use of secure terminal for electronic signature.
