Stamp duty and other payments
Stamp duty - paid in cash or by money transfer - is due for issuing a data file registration certificate upon the request of the data controller (PLN 17), unless the motion has been filed by the entity exempted from the duty.

Additional information
A data filing system can be notified to registration by sending the notification in paper form to the address of the Bureau of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection or in electronic form (secure electronic signature is required) to the address of ESP-GIODO. The application shall include the name of the data filing system and if it is known also number of the notification and number of the registry book.
Attention !!! The notification form requires to be signed with the secure electronic signature verified by qualified certificate with the use of secure terminal for electronic signature.
