Electronic way of filina a complaint
General information
A complaint can be submitted online by using the Electronic Inbox available at the website of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection www.giodo.gov.pl under tab “Electronic Inbox”, where essential elements of a complaint filed online are described as well.
ATTENTION! Complaint submitted online has to be accompanied by secure electronic signature verified by the qualified certificate, in compliance with the principles provided for in the provisions on electronic signature.
