Information on stamp duty
Obligation to pay a stamp duty
The obligation to pay a stamp duty arises in case of:
- submitting a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (regardless of the form, in which the complaint is filed),
- filing a document of proxy in the proceedings before the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (it applies both to original document stating the granting of the proxy and its excerpt or copy).
