Tariffs and ways of discharge

Stamp duty tariff amounts to:

• PLN 10.00 – in case of complaint related payment,
• PLN 17.00 – in case of proxy related payment.

Stamp duty shall be paid in cash at the tax office or by money transfer to the bank account:

The person lodging a complaint or submitting a power of attorney is obliged to attach a confirmation of payment of the relevant amount of stamp duty.
