Procedure and deadlines for complaint handling

A complaint addressed to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection shall initiate administrative proceedings conducted by the data protection authority in accordance with the procedure, principles and deadlines provided for by the provisions of the Act of 14 June 1964 the Code of Administrative Proceedings (Journal of Laws of 2000 No. 98 item 1071 with later amendments).
